Terms of use
A practical summary of how the public customer flow, wallet-backed ordering, remediation, and support behavior work today.
Scope. This is a buyer-readable operating summary of the live product. It is intentionally clearer and narrower than a full enterprise legal packet.
Using SFollowr
SFollowr is a direct-to-customer storefront for browsing social growth services, funding a wallet, placing orders, and opening support from one branded account flow.
Use the site honestly, keep your account details accurate, and do not try to bypass the customer and staff separation built into the product.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the account you create, the credentials you protect, and the information you submit through the public customer flow.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Keep your sign-in information private.
- Do not attempt to access staff-only areas or internal operational tooling.
Wallets and orders
Orders are funded from your wallet balance. Public pricing helps you compare offers early, while the final total is tied to the live service and quantity chosen during the actual order flow.
Wallet top-ups are reviewed before credit is added, so balances stay auditable and the funding flow remains support-safe.
Customer pages show order-safe statuses and history, but they do not expose provider names, internal routing, or raw operational details.
Refills, cancellations, and support
Refill and cancel requests only appear when the order and service qualify. Support requests move through the public ticket flow rather than private staff-only channels.
- Not every order is eligible for refill support.
- Cancellation is limited once processing has moved too far.
- Support may request more context before acting on a ticket or remediation request.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the ordering, wallet, refill, cancel, or support surfaces. This includes spam, duplicate-submission attempts, or any effort to trigger provider-side actions outside the intended customer flow.
- Do not automate customer mutation actions in a way that overloads the product.
- Do not submit misleading payment or support information.
- Do not interfere with the public/customer/staff boundaries built into the app.
Updates and changes
These terms are intentionally plain-language and early-stage. As the live product changes, this page may be updated so the public-facing expectations stay aligned with the actual customer experience.
